Back to School with Hallmark {Giveaway}

When I shopping for back to school supplies for the boys, I like to keep my eyes open for little extras. One of my favorite things to pick up is different lunch box notes and cards. I know the boys loved to open their lunches and find a little note of encouragement from time to time. Also Zander is at an age where they have testing so I like to stick a card in his backpack to help him get a good start. Recently I received a package from Hallmark that contained lunch box notes, cards and a love bug. As I flipped through the lunch box notes I found myself noting which boy each one would be perfect for. The first day they took their lunches, I made sure to slip a note in and they were a hit. Quentin came home and was giggling as he handed me a piece of paper. When I asked what it was he said that the note said that I wanted his autograph an he thought it was funny.

I’m holding on the the Love Bug until one of them has a rough day and needs a little cheering up. As the school year goes on, I know that will happen. The assortment of cards covers the first day jitters all the way to encouraging them when it comes to testing. Testing is huge around here as I have a child that strives for perfection. Last year Zander received the principals award for his test scores in math and reading and has already said that is his goal for this year. What he doesn’t realize is that he has a third big test this year. I know he’ll need extra encouragement in the form of notes/cards that he can read right before the tests. I know he’ll do great because he has already set his mind to it! Once I get the notification from his teacher, I know Hallmark will have the perfect card to tell him how proud I am of him and his accomplishments.
